Just a Little Giveaway!

Hello Everybody!

Here I am back again like I promised with a giveaway for you all. If you are like me then you probably like marking verses in the Bible that you love or want to remember. It is so hard to find markers or pens that don't bleed through the pages or smudge easily. Well recently I found these cool gel highlighters from Kristin Schmucker's Shop and absolutely fell in love with them. I haven't stopped using them since.

I would like to give away a set of highlighters. Here is what you need to do in order to be entered in the giveaway. You must reside in either the USA or Canada. I cannot ship overseas at this time.

  1. That's hard. I have so many favorite verses right now, but I'll say, Psalm 16:11:
"Thou wilt show me the path of life: in Thy presence is fullness of joy, at Thy right hand there are pleasures forevermore."

  2. I tend to fall back on 2, depending on the situation or how I'm feeling...
If I'm feeling any type of uncertainty, depression, or any general "negative" feelings I will say that my favorite is Proverbs 3:5-6 "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight." (I also like to read verses 7&8, especially if any of my feelings stem from my chronic illness)
Otherwise, I will say my favorite is Deuteronomy 6:5 "Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength"

  3. "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." Helps me through!

  4. It's hard to chose my favorite. But today it happens to John 3:16. "for God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, whosoever believeth in Him shall not perish but have everlasting life." What's a better verse than a clear gospel message.

  6. Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the Lord with ALL your heart, and lean not on your own understanding, but in ALL your ways acknowledge HIM, and He will direct your paths.

My dad was in a really bad accident where be actually died but came back. Be broke his neck and back in 6 places and doctors said he wouldn't likely make it through the night, and if he did,..he'd be paralyzed and wheelchair bound like Christopher Reeves the rest of his life,a quadriplegic. This verse taught me in my darkest moments, watching my dad on a ventilator...to trust in Him, and I would tell my dad that...wondering if he even heard me. We don't understand everything, and I think there's a reason, because what would faith be if we knew it all. I acknowledged God, and he's what brought our family closer in that time, and God is good. He healed my dad, and one month after, my dad defied all odds, and walked out of that hospital! Praise be to God :)
